Sustainable Toys - Holiday Gift Guide 2021

This is not going to be a long boring writeup about sustainability and how it’s our responsibility to save this planet for our kids. We already know this by now and if you want to know how dire the situation is, we have so many informative sites which are dedicated to this topic with real time data and scientific backing.

So I’m not going to talk about that here, rather I’d just like to ask you, what are your contribution towards this problem? Many of you might respond with recycling or repurposing or something else. The thing is, there is no right answer to this problem and there are more than one way to contribute. So this holiday season, I urge you to buy at least one toy that is sustainably made, that won’t end up in a landfill or pollute our ocean. Just start with one, because no step in this direction is small.

Here are my top choices for sustainable toys - all of these toys are made keeping environment in mind, are non-toxic and very safe for the children. These are very high quality, long lasting toys that can be passed on or used as decor pieces in your home once your kids grow out of it.
